MANZANILLO, MEXICO: COMMUNITY SPAY/NEUTER PROJECT – MARCH 2020
Manzanillo is a safe coastal community on the western coast of Mexico south of Puerta Vallarta. We will assist an awesome local organization in a large scale spay/neuter clinic. Volunteers of all kinds are needed in hands-on animal care, registration, logistics, etc. and no special skills are necessary. We also welcome veterinarians, techs and other vet or medically-trained volunteers. Following the clinic, we will have fun in the sun with both land and sea local adventures. Enjoy snorkeling, surf lessons, trekking and sea kayaking all included in the cost of your trip!
Nepal: Saving Street Dogs
November 8-21 or 24, 2020
Join us for an incredibly rewarding and culturally rich adventure during the Tihar Festival that will help both the people and animals in Nepal recover from the devastating earthquakes that rocked the country and severly damaged its tourism economy. We will work on projects improving the health and lives of street animals in Kathmandu and nearby villages with a burgeoning animal welfare society, celebrate with locals the Kukur Tihar (festival of the dog) and then embark on trekking in some of the most famous territory in the world.
Greece: Exploring Crete in a Shelter Project – June 2021
We will partner with a Greek animal shelter on the island of Crete. Locals have been working to rescue, save and re-home animals from the terrible conditions on the island with limited resources and help. We’ll visit in early June to provide much-needed assistance at the shelter.

Greek Islands: Zakynthos Sea Turtle Conservation 14-Day Custom Itinerary – May & June
We will work with a Greek sea turtle conservation organization on a project designed to preserve, protect and provide education about the Mediterranean Loggerhead Sea Turtle, which is an endangered species with nesting grounds on the beaches of the Greek island of Zakynthos. This is the primary habitat and nesting area for these gentle giants, whose continued reproduction is threatened by tourism and development.
The focus of this tour will be hands on work in maintaining and improving nesting areas in the Gerakas area of the island, including monitoring and reporting turtle activity, a leaflet distributing campaign, a beach clean up day and helping to build a rescue and rehabilitation facility on the island.
Bali: Rescuing Street Dogs & Cats Project and Ecotour – TBA
Bali has experienced multiple tragedies in the last year, from earthquakes, to volcano eruptions to tsunamis. The people and animals have been deeply affected with many living in tragic conditions. We are working on developing a Humanitourism project in Bali working with a local animal rescue and assistance organization. Africa: Chimpanzee Rescue Sanctuary Project & Eco Responsible Safari – TBA
We are currently collaborating on developing a Humanitourism project in Africa working with a chimpanzee sanctuary. We are working with Wild Rainbow Safaris to develop a project helping to preserve and protect chimpanzees that have been rescued from injury, illness or inhumane conditions.
